Enjoy your Sunday, prepare for the weather week ahead

Mostly cloudy skies with an increasing chance of a showers in the afternoon.  Highs today will be below normal.  The warmest areas will only get to the upper 60s.

A large area of low pressure will keep the cool and soggy air moving into western Washington.  Monday will start off with some wet roads for the morning commute.  We will keep the mostly cloudy skies around as well with highs in the mid 60s in most areas.

High pressure starts building back in on Tuesday.  Mostly sunny skies return for Wednesday and Thursday with highs climbing to the upper 70s to low 80s.

Enjoy your Sunday, the clouds are coming back this week

Mostly sunny skies today after some low clouds and fog in areas this morning.  Highs today will be warmer than Saturday, jumping to the upper 70s and even around 80 degrees along the Cascades.

Monday we are mostly sunny and a few degrees warmer again.

The onshore flow will ramp up for Tuesday and Wednesday bringing a return of mostly cloudy skies.  High will drop back to the low 70s.  We should stay dry with the exception of some low clouds and mist.

Partly sunny skies return of the second half of the week.

Get out and enjoy this 'Sun' day

One more day of full-on sunshine and warmer temperatures.  You will notice some higher clouds moving in during the afternoon, but that will not keep us from reaching the low to mid 80s in many spots.

High pressure will break down overnight giving us mostly cloudy skies and a few showers for Monday. Highs will be at least 10 degrees cooler.  Most areas will struggle to reach the low 70s.

We will keep a shower chance in the forecast for Tuesday as well with highs in the upper 60s and low 70s.

Dry weather returns for Wednesday with extra sunbreaks, but temps will only slowly rise as we head toward the weekend.

Sun, clouds, sun this week

Filtered sunshine will be the rule today.  We have an area of low pressure spinning some high clouds into western Washington as we speak.  Highs today will hit the upper 60s to low 70s.

We will stay partly cloudy for Monday but a showers chance creeps into the forecast for midweek.  We will still see some nice sunbreaks at times.  Highs will also drop to the mid 60s in some spots.

This time of year low pressure areas don't stick around too long.  By Friday we kick the showers out again, and bring on mostly sunny skies for the weekend.  Highs will rebound into the mid to upper 70s.

Holiday Forecast looks sunny!

Lots of sunshine for your 4th of July fun today.  We do have a few pockets of fog out there this morning, but that is about it.  Plan on mostly sunny skies today with highs jumping to the mid to upper 70s!

We stay locked in with high pressure for Tuesday and Wednesday as well.  Some areas in the south Sound and along the Cascades will hit the low 80s over the next few days.

A stronger onshore flow gives us the chance of some morning drizzle starting Thursday.  But even the second half of the week will bring afternoon sunshine.

Get outside today and stay safe!
